About Jiu-Jitsu
Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program focuses on ground fighting and submission grappling, teaching students how to control opponents and apply submissions using leverage and technique rather than strength. This martial art is known as "the gentle art" because it allows smaller practitioners to effectively defend themselves against larger opponents.
