How do I prepare for my first class?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Bring a water bottle and a small towel. Arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork and meet your instructor. Most importantly, come with an open mind and positive attitude!

Do I need to be in good shape to start?

No, you don't need to be in perfect shape to begin. Our classes are designed to accommodate various fitness levels, and you'll improve your conditioning as you train. Our instructors will help you work at your own pace while gradually building your strength and endurance.

What are the benefits of private lessons vs. group classes?

Private lessons offer personalized instruction tailored specifically to your goals and learning pace. Our intensive personal training programs can help you progress up to 3 times faster than group classes. Group classes provide a supportive community environment and the opportunity to train with a variety of partners. Many students choose a combination of both options for optimal results.

Do you have both morning and evening classes?

Yes! We understand that our students have busy schedules, so we offer both morning and evening classes to accommodate different lifestyles. Our earliest classes start at 10:00 AM, and evening classes run until 8:00 PM. Check our schedule page for specific class times.

How long does it take to see results?

Many students notice improvements in fitness, flexibility, and coordination within the first few weeks. Technical proficiency develops with consistent practice, typically showing significant progress within 3-6 months.
