About Muay Thai

Known as the "Art of Eight Limbs," Muay Thai is Thailand's national sport and one of the most effective striking systems in the world. This complete striking art utilizes punches, kicks, elbows, and knees, combined with a clinching game that sets it apart from other martial arts.

  • Monday: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Sparring)
  • Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM, 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Thursday: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM, 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Sparring)
  • Friday: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
